| Economic Development for Amerindians
The Whitefeather Forest Initiative has generated international interest and support. For example, the Non-Governmental Organization Economic Development for Amerindians (EDAI) in Switzerland has developed substantial web site content on the Initiative. EDAI has a goal to generate awareness of and support for economic renewal and well-being for indigenous people and provides support through information and other means. EDAI is particularly interested to support innovative land-based indigenous economic renewal initiatives that sustain cultural and ecological diversity.
